Performers

Equestrian Chaos is a one-of-a-kind family stunt show that brings their Crazy Horse Action on Stage. This family of equestrian stunt performers, known for their unique bow skills, performs circus-style stunts while unleashing their arrows off the backs of their running horses.  Pushing the limits of horse and rider, you will witness the ancient art of mounted archery combined with stunt riding in a jaw-dropping performance, leaving their audience on the edges of their seats while taking them for the ride of a lifetime. As this family entertains, they share the history of mounted archery, battle strategy, and the value of a mounted archer in war.

Brooke of Equestrian Chaos

Brooke Alexis Barre

Brooke, also known as our lovely Lady Alexis, started her stunt riding journey when she was 10 years old. She always had a love for horses and her dream came true when her Equestrian Chaos family literally moved next door to her childhood home.  Her childhood dreams were to pursue both of her passons: trick riding and using horses to help others. Now, she's doing exactly that. She and her horse, Rafiki, travel the country with Equestrian Chaos performing stunt shows while pursuing her passion in therapeutic recreation during their off time. She graduated from the University of South Alabama as a therapeutic recreation specialist and provides equine assisted therapy sessions at Celisse's School of the Equestrian Arts when she's not traveling. What she loves most about her job is showing people that horses still have value in our modern society.

Jason of Equestrian Chaos

Jason Barrett

Jason, known as Captain Grynen Barrett on the stage, has led this group of archers into battle since 2019.  Jason started his horse career after meeting Krystin Celisse in 2007 working together at Dolly Parton's Stampede.  He and Celisse moved to this hometown in Mobile, Al in 2009 after having their daughter where they founded Celisse's School of the Equestrian Arts 501c3, Mobile, Alabama's first therapeutic riding program.  Alongside Celisse, he co-directed the largest therapeutic riding program on the gulf coast for over a decade.  Now, he and his family have taken to the road performing for audiences all over the country while advocating and assisting therapeutic riding centers across the United States.
